    Worst experience to cancel my policy. I would never trust State Farm. They have been awful in my transition. I will say I was offered a life insurance policy which would be the ONLY way they would be able to lower my policy if they could do multiple policy. They wanted to come into my house which would give them a reason to see my home and base their decision on my policy on how I live my life...no thank you State Farm. I went back to ALLSTATE. Never trusting STATE FARM again!!! They are nice as long as you are a customer. NEVER AGAIN! No your office was not my first office! However we spoke prior on my unhappiness of the cost of my policy. Given our discussion and your office being aware of my plans to change it would have been helpful for your office to have explain the best time to switch my policy. Again THANK YOU for you time but I'm happy with ALLSTATE!

    Hayden Pryor and his team have been wonderful to work with. I have been a customer for over 10 years and they treat me like family. I have shopped around quite a bit during our insurance relationship and I always choose to stay with Hayden and State Farm. They not only beat out competitor's quotes but they provide the quality and service that you don't get from the others. Every time, I call them they remember who I am. Hayden also goes out of his way to make you happy, he has Saturday hours, he will come to you, and he explains things in clear understandable language. Thanks Hayden for providing excellent customer service along with a quality product!
