  This was the worst customer service i have ever gotten i would NOT recommend anyone to them ! when they called me they would not identify themselves and when they called back numerous times (harassment) they said "F-you" and hung up. this is the second time they were utterly rude and disrespectful, once before when i called to tell them i had changed jobs and the lady asked me where it was and i told her i wasn't sure of the exact address since i had just moved to the area she spoke to me like i was an idiot and said and i quote ! "you don't know where you work, are you an stupid?" they are never welcoming when entering the store, extremely snide and completely unprofessional. i work in customer service and i was also a manager if i had employees like them they would be fired instantly or i would have no business. i personally think this location at least should be shut down it is that bad ! nobody deserves to be treated like they are below anyone else and they certainly shouldn't be afraid to answer unknown numbers on their own phone due to wondering who's going to be on the other end and if there is going to be confrontation, i was also threatened !
