- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Do not use Anthem for a health insurance. They won’t process your payments for months, tell you owe an astronomical amount or they will cancel your insurance. I called them 7 times to fix the issue and was never called back. Was told every time that they couldn’t find my plan or the payments I made so they had to do more research. My plan was canceled because I had to pay about $2,000 in very short notice and couldn’t because they dragged on with trying to fix my account.By S G, February 02, 2017
