- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unethical corporate standards, unfriendly staff, nonexistent customer service, and thieving recovery department. I tried paying off a loan and they ignored me until the settlement date to jack up the price on the principal with court fees. Don't do business with them, don't seek loans or look to open an account they will make mistakes with your account and require you to call their department that will ignore your claim. Go to a real bank or military union. Remember the adage in life, you get what you pay for and apply it 100 fold to Virginia credit union.By Jose Mourinho, February 12, 2017
