- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am closing my accounts and having my loans refinanced through my bank in NC . I have never seen a bank where no one will return your calls after repeatedly assuring you they will. I have never seen a bank where I the branch tells you one thing and the customer service line something totally different I am currently holding for an estimate of 9 minutes.
