- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The observation deck was the highlight of the visit. The workers there weren't too friendly, I met one who was very nice though and he told us how to reach the observation deck. The view is spectacular! If you have like 15 minutes you should go.By Caleb Gibbons, July 02, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible. These people are a joke. From start to finish it was a bad experience. They told me they would be here from 8am to 4pm. 8 hour window? I took off work and waited for a phone call, saying he was on the way, all day. No phone call. I saw the man drive by as I was waving at him. He then drove off. Turns out they had the wrong address. I understand that mistakes happen but why no phone call when he arrived at the wrong address. I guess he thought that in 30 degree weather that I didn't need hot water or heat. I called the next day and they told me there is nothing they can do but send the guy back out and I would have to wait all day again. Do they not understand that people have to work?! Why do I need to be here if all he is going to do is take the lock off and turn the valve on?! It has now been 28 hours of waiting and no gas yet. This is ridiculous!
